Whenever i enter a New Birth data and save it, an Error quoting "Printer not supporting" occures and the kundli details do not open, however it saves the Birth data. Once after closing and again opening it works ,
1. you can try by installing the Printer drivers
2. If you are using some virtual printers for making PDF, make sure it is compatible with the software. You can try CutePDF which is compatible and software has the settings to generate good PDF with it.
3. Right click setup and run as admin. Then install the application
